Prep 2 Visit to the Florence Nightingale Museum
Prep 2 pupils recently enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Florence Nightingale Museum.
During their visit, they participated in a workshop led by “Florence Nightingale” herself, who shared an insightful explanation of her significant impact on hospitals, particularly in improving cleanliness. The pupils were thoroughly engaged as they explored various parts of the museum, trying on her costumes, examining her childhood toys and other artefacts, and reflecting on the differences between nursing in the 1850s and today.
